The subject of the following explanations is the development of the Strategic Environmental Assessment, in particular with regard to fundamental decisions of the European Court of Justice. In addition, among other topics, a look is taken at the importance of the most recent legislation to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies and to amend spatial planning law for the Strategic Environmental Assessment.
