Privatrechtliche Verträge als Instrumente des Umweltschutzes
Real estate sale and purchase agreements may contribute to environmental protection when the purchaser commits to an environmentally friendly use of the land (e.g. by installing a wetland biotope). Such a contractual obligation is thereby part of the purchaser’s primary treaty obligations that may be enforced by civil action and the consequent compulsory execution. The more simple procedure is the usage of an enforceable notarial deed which may simultaneously been drawn up with the purchase agreement.
