In 2013, the EU adopted the Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure. This legal act not only addresses the identification of projects of common interest necessary to implement priority corridors and areas of trans-European energy infrastructure but also facilitates the implementation of the projects by “streamlining, coordinating mor
